Hello,
until today I feed my Orthomeria kangi "Benguet" with urtica (nettle) and pyracantha. I tried already many other foodplants, but so far they were all ignored, only on cotoneaster a few nymphs nibbeled. Sadly nettles can only be found during the summer here in Germany and though pyracantha is evergreen, it sometimes is quite difficult to find enough of it. So my question: does anyone know an other foodplant for this species? Or does anyone keep a species that also feeds on nettles or pyracantha and accepts other foodplants as well? Maybe these could be transfered to the O. kangi...
